Alessio Colangelo
& Zane Petrich
We're the team behind Cornerstone, serving Palm Beach to Broward County. With five years of hands-on industry experience, we built this company on a simple idea: be the team that actually shows up, picks up the phone, and gets it done right.
Finding a contractor who does quality work and a property manager who actually answers the phone shouldn't be this hard. That's why we started this company. Between Alessio's craftsmanship and Zane's coordination and client care, every project gets the hands-on attention it deserves.
When you work with us, you're not hiring some faceless company. You're working with two people who genuinely care about your property and stand behind every commitment.
What sets us apart
We never miss a call. When you need something, we're always available and responsive.
Hands-on industry experience backed by mentorship from seasoned professionals.
From property management to construction and renovation — everything real estate under one roof.
